COMPANY BACKGROUND

Kevron is a Melbourne, Australia based company specializing in the manufacture and supply of a range of high volume, high quality, low cost identification products and accessories.

The company was established in 1952 by Mr Ernie Chambers. His sons Kevin and Ron Chambers were responsible for managing the company from 1975 up until their retirement from the business in 2003.

Coinciding with the retirement of Kevin and Ron in 2003, the business was acquired by the Parton family. Phil Parton assumed the role of Managing Director, whilst long standing General Manager Paul Metz agreed to continue his involvement in the business. Phil and Paul manage the affairs of the company on a day to day basis.

Seeking out export markets has been a strategic objective of the company for many years. And in this regard Kevron has received a number of export related business awards.

In addition to promoting our products via various means in the Australian and New Zealand markets, Kevron invests a significant amount of time, energy and money in exhibiting at:

  • Paperworld in Frankfurt Germany, the annual internationally recognized stationery and office products trade fair.
  • Practical World in Cologne Germany, the bi-annual internationally recognized hardware trade fair.

The company maintains, wherever possible, a strict policy of only supplying products to a well developed domestic and international wholesale distributor network. We do not as a general rule supply products to the retail trade.
